Added a blog entry "1st Goal Met" The challenge at work is now over and I hit the 20 lbs there. Yea.
I just wanted to share a fund raiser idea with you all here, we are doing this at our Church.
We are doing a weight loss fund rais March 31 12:26 AM Added a blog entry "Woo Hoo" Three pounds this week. I finally hit the twenty pounds lost and I tell you it felt good. We started the biggest loser at work about a week after I started here and it is over in two weeks. My goa March 13 4:21 AM Added a blog entry "Sloooooooooowwwwwwwwwww" Slow, that is how it is going for me. Last week, I had one pound weight loss and this week not even one ounce. This past weekend I had a bad weekend with my eating. I am grateful that I didn't gain March 06 1:54 AM Added a blog entry "Two More down" Two more pounds down. Although I would like to see a bigger number, I'm ok with 2 pounds. My main goal is to loose 42 more pounds, but my goal to loose before this challenge is over is only 12 more February 21 1:41 PM Added a blog entry "Pyramid tracker" I found this site while surfing around.
